個案關懷
自2000年起，慈濟黃金海岸聯絡處開始推動個案關懷服務，秉持「以人為本、以愛為懷」的精神，關懷當地有需要的家庭與個人。關懷的對象包括因經濟困難、家庭變故、身心困擾或生活突遭變遷而需要協助的民眾。當民眾遇到困境時，常透過慈濟網站、電話聯絡，或經由駐布里斯班臺北經濟文化辦事處轉介，與慈濟志工取得聯繫。志工在了解個案狀況後，秉持尊重與同理心進行訪視與關懷，依實際需要提供適切的協助與長期陪伴。多年來，志工以持續不斷的關懷行動，為許多家庭帶來溫暖與希望，也讓慈濟的人文精神在社區中持續深耕。
