個案關懷（冬令、聖誕、背包客急難）
伯斯個案關懷長年來以志工透過社工、醫院、僑界與社區轉介，形成即時援助與後續追蹤並行的關懷模式。冬令與聖誕節時，志工透過每半年一次的複查訪視，把保暖物品與生活物資送到個案家中；聖誕節期間，則走入安養院舉辦團康活動，陪伴長者歡度節慶的時刻。而背包客急難也是柏斯慈善的重點之一。
