社區志工培訓

柏斯慈濟志工培訓的課程設計結合人文禮儀、志業脈絡、實作經驗與團隊合作，目標是讓志工不只願意做，也知道如何做得穩、做得久。2024年10月培訓聚焦人文志業與義診見證，幫助學員建立在地服務視野；近年共修因應AI的快速發展, 納入了AI時代紀錄與跨區分享，讓培訓與時俱進。這些課程最終培養的，不只是活動人力，而是能承擔、能傳承、能帶人的種子志工
