2011年十一月十日第一次伊普高中素食教學

因在布拉索小學推廣靜思語教學的成果非常好，家長會長雪莉(Shelley)隨孩子升到伊普州立高中時，即將志工引見給當時的校長賽門(Simon Riley)，澳洲人大部分都是肉食為主，志工吳照峰因此想出以愛護地球素食料理接引師生茹素。每次受惠師生人數超過二百人反應熱烈，與師生建立如同家人般情感，每年進校1-2次授課，至2015年將 上人說故事及靜思語帶入課程，師生同霑法水。一直到新冠疫情停止。2024年五月收到學校老師邀請再次進入校園，現在每年固定一次高中素食教學推廣。
