Turning waste into care

Resource Recycling

Tzu Chi volunteers have long been committed to environmental stewardship. Each month, they regularly visit local restaurants to collect and carefully sort recyclable materials. This not only reduces the environmental burden of waste but also helps raise environmental awareness within the community.

All proceeds from these recycling efforts are fully dedicated to charitable causes, transforming reused resources into a cycle of love. Through this practice, volunteers embody the principle of combining environmental care with social service, showing how small, consistent actions can come together to protect the Earth and nurture the well-being of society.
