Community Volunteer Training

The training program for Tzu Chi volunteers in Perth combines humanistic etiquette, mission context, practical experience, and teamwork, with the goal of helping volunteers not only be willing to serve, but also know how to do so steadily and sustainably. The October 2024 training focused on humanistic missions and testimonies from free clinics, helping participants build a local service perspective. In recent years, joint study sessions have also responded to the rapid development of AI by incorporating record-keeping in the AI era and cross-region sharing, allowing training to keep pace with the times. Ultimately, these courses cultivate not merely event manpower, but seed volunteers who can take responsibility, pass on experience, and guide others.
